Received an order over $50.00 with missing food. Per restaurant owner it is bot his responsibility when food leaves his restaurant. Who is going to reimburse me for food I did not receive? Will I have to dispute it with my CC company.

I clearly entered the address wherein was staying. I verified with my client the address on Sweetwater 3 times before I hit submit. It was delivered to my home address. I didnt know it until I was asked to rate the food by you.

I've been trying to reach you guys since the 16th I place an order with Google orders which then directed it to postmates. Steak 'n shake said they never received my order I waited for over 30 minutes and then of course they told me they were closed and couldn't make my order. So I'm just out 66. 70 cents while I wait to figure out who I talk to. I was trying to take family out to eat who doesn't have steak and shake where they live in tennessee. Now only did we not get our food but I'm just out this money and I keep getting routed around and then told to call Uber eats because they're collaborating with Postmates yet when I try to call Uber eats I can't reach a person.

The driver had an dog in the car with my food and allergic to dogs and cats.

The people who dropped off my order only brought the drinks and said that's all they gave them then I called the restaurant and they said they just went in there grab the drinks and left.. the customer service guy was very helpful

Driver Richard did not deliver all food and Arbys refuses to help. Richard was rude and did not deliver food in timely manner and arbys personal were disrespectful and refuse to fix problem of unpacked food

I placed and ordered and called the garage to check and they didn't have the order. But on the order date shows 10/17/2020. So it is lost somewhere. Something went wrong.
