Over an hour for taco bell

It took almost an hour and a half to get my order. The food was cold and my frozen drink was melted.

Company is not what it use to be

This is the second time in a month, my order has not been received by Arby's. I even called Arby's after an hour of waiting and they said they had no orders for Uber, even though my phone kept showing them working on it. I also called the driver, who could not speak English.Becareful

I was charged for canceled order even though I canceled 30 seconds after submitting & reordered the same exact meal to be charged against another card. Please fix.

Did not receive my order

The Uber driver never got my order to me and I was charged for it. I was waiting at the front door for him . He texted me and told me to call him but he never answered then I was at the front door looking for him he never showed up then he texted me on the app and said that he left it at the front door but he never did . I want my *** refund d back

I recently started to use Uber Eats. It was my second order. I tried to send food to my sister in Another city in FL. When I submitted the order I found out that it will be delivered to my address and I did cancel it less than 15 seconds to put new order with updated address. It does shows that order cancel in 2 mininstead of 15 sec. I wish I would just let it deliver it to my address because Now I'm out of $75 dollars. Im trying to contact Uber Eats all day yesterday and today throughout the app, email and phone, but I have not received any response. This is unfair.

I placed and order. When clicked to pay I noticed the order had 2 items of the same which i only needed 1. It was a system glitch. I couldnt get in touch with the restaurant. Understand that restaurants doesnt fix order problems. Thats always their response. So I immediately canceled and re order. I still got charged for the initial order and my reorder. Thats beyond unacceptable. I reported the issue while my correct order was being cooked and UberEats still charged me for both orders. Even after trying to get them on the phone which is IMPOSSIBLE

User's recommendation: Dont expect Uber Eats to give you good service. They don’t even have a phone to contact them directly. What kind of business does that.
