My account says i need to contact service
Customer service needs to be available. Im trying to become an ubereats delivery driver. All my info was sent on vehicle and background was completed. How can i start delivering if i cant get in touch with no one to solve the issue so that i can start delivery.

Person was not in the right car
Half the food was gone and the tamper sticker was rigged so it looked sealed. Cant believe this happened want a refund

Ubereats responded promptly and remitted my refund!
The driver said I had to pay for the order, this is my first time using Ubereats, I paid in cash. then I noticed in my bank App that Ubereats had charged me for the same order..

Several different issues with two different orders
I placed an order with you guys the estimated time of deliveries now been moved all the way past an hour from the latest time it was supposed to be I want to cancel my order I work I don't stay in one place and you guys want to charge me to cancel it in the first order I just did was in the wrong town and then I canceled it within seconds and you guys already charged me for canceling that I would like my money back

Have not received food that i paid for
I was charged for my order . Money was removed from my card however I never received my food. Nor does it even show that I ordered. I use this company all the time. Yet this was a huge enraging moment.
User's recommendation: Never use Uber eats. Cause you can't get refunded if a situation occurs.

No one picked up our order contacted restaruant it has been sitting there over 1 1/2 hours. Time jeeps changing deliver time started at 830 to 9 and continued to change canceled at 1015. bad service

Placed an order at 9:00 PM. Said latest arrival would be 9:55. Then changed to 10:30. Called restaurant to see what was going on and they explained that 2 drivers canceled my order because the restaurant did not have what was needed to make my order. I did not receive any calls to explain what was happening and now I am trying to get my refund. Ive now waited an hour and a half for an order and wasted $40 due to lack of communication and updates. I would like to speak with someone ASAP.

My last order
On my last order I decided to order some food due to the low volume of cars available in that area theres was no availability for delivery. I was charged for the food and it never got delivered . That really made me mad so I deleted the app and wont use Uber eats until it gets resolved . I will continue to use grub hub instead.
