My bag was partially open and took very long to arrive. Terrorbul service due to COVID going on the need to be more attentive and cautious of peoples food that is being delivered.

I couldn't get my refund

Cancle the order

I ordered my coffee from Dunkin Donuts at 6:06 this morning and haven't received it apparently it says it's on hold so at this point I would just like to be refunded the two transactions you guys took from me so the 15 something and then the second transaction that was taken from my account shortly after the first one seven dollars I believe

User's recommendation: Well my recommendation is it for customers it is for you guys. How are we as customers supposed to know that our order has been put on hold if it's been put on hold then you don't take the money from it that's absurd. Not just that but you guys don't inform us of that so we're just sitting here waiting and waiting no email no text message I did have to supply my phone number so I know you guys can text or call I did provide my email as well which is how you emailed me this.
