Being Charged a fee for an order (Uber Eats App did NOT send my order to Chipotle)

Hello, I placed an uber eats order to Chipotle at 4473 Walnut St, Beavercreek OH 45440. My order sat in the uber eats queue for 15 min, so I called Chipotle to see if they got my order. They said they did not get it and to cancel the order and replace it again. I did that and got charged a $23.90 fee. The restaurant did not receive the order so I should not have been charged a fee. It was not my fault nor the restaurant's. The uber eats app did not transmit the order to Chipotle. I called them and confirmed.

They cut my money without any purchase. I never use this card for uber. Its the second time im getting this probelem. Please Solve this overwise i will file a complaint regarding this. Thank you

Non Authorized Purchases

Good Morning, I'm working on my amex report for work and I have multiple charges that I did not authorize. They done even show up in my app as a trip or receipt. 2/5/22 - $42.10 2/5/22 - $9.58 1/30/22- $8.06 1/30/22 - $10.35 1/30/22 - $44.81 1/30/22 - $63.14 All for an amex ending in 1002. I did not authorize any of these purchases. I will be requesting a new company card to avoid this from being an issue. I would like to know our plan of action to mitigate this issue. Respectfully,

I need to know when my money will return to my account. The driver canceled my order and now you have me wasting time filling out all this unecessary information because you want to avoid my questions regarding my money I will not use this service again

Hi-- I got a promotion of upto 75% off , maximum of $15/ Iwas trying to used it in PIZZA HUT but while placing the order, on Delivery, it says -- Store is too far. I shocked only 4 KM is too far. if u want I can send the screen shot of the order which didn't go . I paid $55/ from my pocket and could not avail the 75% off only because of delivery is not possible of only 4 KM. Strange. Can you help me on this . appreciate. Thx
