Cancelled ordered

I placed an order on 5-28-20 around 12:40pm and immediately cancelled the order, because I had included an extra item by accident. I didnt not receive a notification stating that the Chick-fil-a had received the order or began preparing the order. I received the cancellation email at 12:44pm stating that I was being charged $21.12. I dont agree with the amount that was charged given that I did not receive any form of notification that they had started the order or received the order. My phone number is 662-403-****

Ubereats - Charged for food I didn't recieve
Ordered Pizza and Garlic Knots from &;;;;;Pizza in Washington DC. They were BOTH buy one get one free and I also ordered 2 drinks that were $3 each. I didn't get my free pizza and Garlic Knots NOR my drinks!!!

I was charged twice for one meal.

I ordered food the delivery driver called said they recieved a double order I told him I only ordered one and then A half hour later I was charged again for one order

Ubereats - Refund needed
I want a refund for Uber eats pass subscriptions of 9.99. I am not interested in having this pass. Uber eats is terrible and i have no desire in continuing to use. I cancelled subscription last night at 10pm and application would NOT let me do so. So i was charged. Please refund my full amount.

Complaint about driver

My food arrived cold, nasty.. coffee was cold instead of hot, juices were room temperature. I called Hope spoke to manager Lindsey which told me driver picked up the food 45 minutes after the order was ready .. I want full reimbursement of the order and no tips for the driver Order #01992 .. Shion was the driver .. pretty rude as well.. kept on sending me messages saying he arrived when the instructions clearly said "leave at the door" had to repeat myself 3 times

My order never came and y’all charged me $36.88

At 1am today I place an order from McDonald's through Uber eats and was expecting my order to be delivered at 1:20. At 1:10 your driver called to tell me that McDonald's never received my order. You guys took $36.88 from my account and I still don't have my food at all. I've tried calling customer service several times, and they are hanging up. I want this matter to be fixed ASAP or I'm taking legal action. That my contact number is 919-717-****

Bad service, cancelled order

I ordered food from Wendys at about 9:50pm. It said 30-40 min, no later that 11:10, which I understand also isnt a guarantee. However, my driver changed three times. The fourth person was scheduled to arrive at 11:20, an hour and a half after I ordered, so my food would have been cold anyway. And at about 11pm, before he had even arrived at the restaurant, my order was cancelled. Im assuming Wendys was closed by the time a driver finally came to pick it up. Now not only is that restaurant closed, but every other one in the area as well, so its too late to order anything else. Guess Im eating cereal -_- .

User's recommendation: Don’t order late at night or if you don’t have a lot of time.
