I cancelled an order and they charged me for it

I cancelled an order and the app told me it was cancelled but it got delivered to the wrong address anyways

My account is getting hacked

It says that i used the app 3 times and it spent money from my card but i deleted the app and what i thought too my account. please get back to me ASAP this is my money we’re talking about.

Our order was not picked up. We had to pick it up ourselves. I would like this issue resolved as we paid to have it delivered as well as a tip. We would like a refund.

IVE ORDER MY FOOD A HR AGO AND STILL HAVENT LEFT THE STORE OR ARRIVED

I haven't recited the food that night and the chines wasn't what I ordered!I've tried calling and sent emails can I be refunded or co tact so this matter can be resolved

User's recommendation: If the time keeps changing cancellations must take place u will not get your food!Also dont order late from chines food they give u anything like mystery meat!#disputing nonsense.

Driver refusing to deliver our food

I cant get ahold of anyone in the phone but our driver is telling us hes lost and going to just keep the order. Charging my debit card only to have your employee steal?? Thats theft and I will be calling my bank to despite immediately. Will never use Uber eats again

Food was undercooked and cold

My orange chicken was undercooked and made me and my boyfriend sick after eating it not to mention the dude was late bringing us our order and my rice was cold and hard I'm not happy and I want my money back

My order is not being delivered

Ordered chipotle and the delivery time was 15-20 minutes. It has now been an hour and the restaurant is still preparing food. I do not want to cancel because I will be charged. I dont understand the support that Uber eats provides. This is ridiculous.

I ordered 2- 40pc nuggets 1 basket in of fries. Instead I received 1- 40 pc nuggets 1 basket of fries 2- large fries. When I called McDonalds they told me they could give me the food they failed to give me instead I had to call Uber eats and requested for my food to be sent to us so I would like my refund for the food I didnt get
