Promo code wasn't applied

I enter the promo code for an Uber Eats order, it said it was there in the credits, but it did not get applied when I completed the order. Please fix this or I will decline the charges.

I placed on order for IHOP. I was following how it was being delivered. Order was being prepped and made. My uber eats app said my order would arrive at 1:05am. At about 12:45am I walked out of my hotel room and found my IHOP bad and drink on the filthy hotel floor at the room number 225 when I was in 227. I specifically put on the app meet to meet not to leave at door. Deliverer did not knock or notify me that my food had arrived. It was cold and ice in my drink was basically melted. Food was not consumed due to not knowing how long it had been sitting on the floor. But was long enough to have the ice melted and my hashbrowns already gotten soggy.

User's recommendation: Use grub hub, or Postmates. Do not use UBER EATS!!!!!

I didnt order the food for one nor did they try to deliver the food are contact me say the order was canceled and I want my money back

Poor customer service

I have never experienced poor customer service in life. I ordered food and when arriving to the restaurant they said they didn't have the order. I showed the order from my phone to the staff member and she said yeah she does have an order. The manager stated they couldn't give me my order because they did not have a receipt come in on their end. When trying to reach out to uber eats to figure out what happen I stayed an hour searching an could not find anything. Now an hour later I paid for my food AGAIN but more than what I would have got using my uber bucks. I WILL NOT BE USING UBER EATS THEY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN.

My food was wrong

I received my food and when I look in it it had everything wrong it had all the stuff I didn't want on it so I couldn't eat so I called the place and had to drive all the way there to exchange it , which i didn't want to do cause i had my son with me so i had to put clothes and the carseat in and then go get my order fixed

User's recommendation: Call the place ur ordering from and make sure they read the notes u put on there cause they really dnt.

I hate phone they use can't understand anything please tell your uber eat customer service use phone with out headphones they called me 6 times and my problem still not solve

Hello below was the reason for my mail...Someone in your team is running a scam with our personal details...... ******************** I received a message from somebody from your team who had access to my phone number which seemed like a scam being run internally by your department.What worries me even more is that customer numbers can be so easily compromised and shared.This person contacted me on whatsapp telling me he would help me get food refunds with tricks when i refused to cooperate he deleted all messages, his account....i am making you aware and I will be sending a copy of this to your higher authorities so these scams are stopped in their tracks.Please convey this and i am hoping it wasnt you or the guys previously communicating with me via support emails so i will be reporting to the uber hr of this scam. II never got my food

Driver came with food that was not mine. I gave it back to her. She could not explain where my food was. Told me I had to call the company.

Problem with order

I spent $20 to have Arby's delivered to me, that is practically right across the street. And i never received it! Ive been waiting on my food for over an hour now, and now all the restaurants are closing in 7 minutes, due to the curfew. I need my money refunded immediately. I am very unhappy.
