Hair in my food

I have sent pictures and messages in the app, no one responded, I found a hair in my curry, I threw it away. *** nasty and a waste of money, I would like a refund please.

WIt is a joke, especially when there isnt even customer service available right now. Consistent issues with orders. Waited 50 minutes for an order that was never delivered when it said it was and the answer is just a sorry,we will refund you in 3-5 days App isnt working now or recognizing my account to cancel eats pass, how convenient. Says you dont event deliver in my areas. I want to cancel my account. Same order with Door Dash was delivered in half the time

Terrible service

I ordered at 7:40 the time is now 9:00 I have been tracking my order and the delivery person is not picking up my order. I would like a full refund and some kinda of coupon this is ridiculous.

User's recommendation: Just order straight from the restaurant this service is very unreliable.

Restaurant called and no driver has responded

Cant reach anyone! The resturant has my food getting cold and no driver. Come on folks. We ALWAYS tip 25% to help.

Unilateral cancellation no warning

An hour and a half after ordering I got a message my order was cancelled. I have a newborn. 3 days old. Cant leave and have no food. Was told to reorder. 2 hour wait. Totally unprofessional

Can't get into account

I can't get into my account, I've downloaded the app and it keeps asking me to put my phone number. I had created an account before with my email but I didn't put my phone number. Now that put it, I put my password and it says that its wrong. I put my email and it says that the email doesn't belong to the phone number. Also, the app won't let me to log in with my email I have to put my phone number.

My order never arrived

I ordered food at 6:55pm and its 8:35pm and I never received the food. Ive never waited almost 2 hours to get a meal before. I canceled my order and I was still charged for my order and I want to refund. This is unacceptable and And bad customer service. Thank you
