*** UPDATE ***As of today, March 20, 2020 I still did not get a refund or any communications from Uber Eats. So I've written and mailed a letter to the CEO of Uber Eats and waiting for a response.

Placed an order from Popeye's on 5611 Plank Road, Fredericksburg, VA via Uber Eats App and spoke to the Manager ((Mossa)) about the condition of my food and the late arrival of driver with my food. The Driver arrived very late and not according to time it showed on the App. He appeared with an attitude and just threw my order n my hand. He had no smile on his face and looked dirty and unkept. When i opened the box to begin eating my food I took one bit of the one of the 8pc. Chicken Tender that I ordered and it was soooo nasty, hard and cold. the chicken looked like it was just left out so long that it was beginning to change color and the texture was very bad! I am very upset and asked for my money back but was told by an Uber Eats Manager by the name of ((Vince)) and another Manager by the name of Jero that the only thing they can do form e is to give me a $5 Uber Eats coupon. I DO NOT WANT IT! I want to be refunded back my $26.70 that I paid. That's all I want. I will NEVER order Uber Eats or from Popeye's as long as I live! I'm so done with them.

Don’t waste your time calling this place

WtfI called asking for a refund or a different pizza and I would give back the old one because it WASNT cooked and it HAD NO MUSHROOMS which is what I paid for. By telling this to the guy and a girl they told me it doesn't matter because it was delivered. He said he doesn't matter how the food is, it just matters that it is delivered.

Wrong order

I wrote in the notes NO BEEF AND TO SUB WITH SHRIMPS AND I received beef. I tried to call uber eat and explain to them that its against my religious to eat beef and I store admits to not reading the notes and they were sorry. Ubereat refused to refund me. I wasted 58$ on dog food. Ill never order through uberEat ghetto ***

Theft

I placed an order February 16 from Red Sea Chinese . Estimated delivery was 9:30 pm. Latest arrival 9:45. At around 9:15 it said that Devorah was on her way to pick up food . However her car on the map didn’t move at all for over 30 minutes. The estimated delivery time got to 10:10 so I decided to call her. (I’m not mad that food was late, just wanted an update from her) . She answered to say she had canceled my order because it was too far to drive! Number one, why accept an order in the first place stupid human. Number two , she clearly lied about canceling my order because I was never notified of a canceled order and when I called in to customer service they said it wasn’t canceled. The only reason someone would lie about canceling a order is so I would be forced to cancel it, still pay and never get food. And she still gets her tip since I would have been the one to cancel and not her. That is straight up theft. No matter how you want to word it! Thief should not be allowed to work for your company. And I damn sure don’t want someone who steals knowing my address. This is absolutely insane. I literally waited an hour for food that was never coming. How horrible of a “delivery partner” . She should be blocked from receiving orders . If something happens with a customer in the future and they have damages , whether it’s losing tip money from her forcing them to cancel an order after accepting their order, or if she finds a fancy home she likes and steals from them off the clock because she discovered their address through y’all, then y’all would be the ones liable for her. Livid is an understatement. And she does NOT have a pleasant phone voice !

Not accepting payments

After contacting my financial institution I was told that they found no issues with my method of payment and that their system was showing everything was going through without problem. When I contacted Ubereats, the only thing they could keep telling me is to contact my financial institution. Wouldn't look into things and further, even after explaining I already contacted my financial institution. As usual, anything Uber sucks.

Don’t even bother calling for a refund

These people suck. I had placed an order of $40 for food I didnt eat because of the *** quality and when I called to complain and request a refund, they said that they couldnt do anything for me but give me $5 uber credit and leave a comment to the restaurant. Thats some *** So Im left with virtual money, $40 short and some food that I didnt eat because it was horrible. These people really do the minimum.
