Card used

I wasnt sure what card I used as the receipt does not indicate the card that was used. So I called customer service yet no one is working?? Interesting how you can still use the service to deliver food and drive people but dont have anyone to answer customers phone calls.

User's recommendation: Have someone answer the phones. Put the card used on the receipt.

I CANT ORDER ANYTHING

I loaded 30.00 on an Uber card and after selecting my order i cant go any further when i select place or i keep getting told to put in a payment method, when i do that im advised that there are already credits applied to the account its very frustrating not only because im trying to feed my children but also because i cant talk to anyone live.

Violent ubereats delivery person

Very violent. Threw food. What kind of company hire someone like this? Beware of uber or ubereats.No screening process apparently.

Order was canceled

We put in our order. As soon as the driver was leaving the restaurant the order came up as canceled on our app. We were charged for the food but never received it. Called store manager and it was canceled on their end as well after the order left.

User's recommendation: Be aware our order was canceled during delivery was charged for it and never received our food.

A driver is supposed to be sent out to restaurant to pick up order that was supposed to be delivered with previous order ASAP

The lightly salted chicken wings, lightly spiced, are always hot, crisp and tasty. Due to the late delivery, they arrived late, cold and soggy. Very disappointing.
