Cannot log in to account

Tried to chat with a customer service agent but she wanted to direct me to email specialist by taking 1 dollar and entering my card details just for that knowing it might not be safe. Ridiculous!

It's been 3 weeks since I can't cash out

I just need my money it's been 3 weeks I t keeps saying do different weeks and different days and I drove and I just need my money I appreciate the company but I just need to cash out my money I also have bills I Uber eat to pay my bills so can I please just get to cash out somehow somewhere

I WANT A REFUND

I ordered Red Robins I had text the driver to let him know that I have a leg injury and if he could bring to my apartment. When the driver got here he didnt bring it to me he left it at the front desk. The security guard said that he said he didnt know who it was for so it sat there for about 30 minutes. My food was cold and the ice cream with the cake melted all over the place. I have never had a problem with you guys I would like a refund I am thinking about not using you guys anymore. Please give me a call 1-22*-***-**** Chester Coburn

I did order 2 wet burritos from Taco Factory In Hawaiian gardens California and I given directions how to make, however I got the worst food ever. This not a way steeling money from people. I dont want want pay for Taco Factory Garbage.

I ordered 5 meals from Red Robin in Puyallup WA. All my hamburgers were ordered well done, no pink. However every burger was extremely under cooked and very pink. I also ordered the burgers to be made without certain toppings. However the ingredients that I requested taken off, were not. I also ordered an Ensanada Chicken platter/salad and the chicken had so much sauce on it that I could not eat it because it was way to spicy.

Never received food

I ordered my food off the app from domino's pizza. I made sure to double check everything with our hotel to insure our food was delivered to the right place. I placed the order at 5:45pm it is now 8:30pm and still no food. I would like to speak with someone about a refund for the cost of the food never delivered. Thanks

Food order issue

I sent photos of my order from 12/4 at 2:20 am. Yes its late, I work late so I didnt get to eat. My panini was hard as a rock and I sent pictures of my order through the Uber eats app. All I got back was a customer support message. Its unfair to make someone pay for food they couldnt even eat. Ive had more issues with Uber Eats this last two weeks than ever before, and I order take out a lot considering my work hours. I would just like to talk to a person about this. Please.

I can not go on line to receive calls to make delivery. Since months.

Every time I tried to go on line. My screen said that " your account needs some attention" Uber is a great company to work You have to be friendly , honest to your customers. The customers depend on the uber eats driver the have a great dinner with the family. Some time late at night the uber eat driver make the family so happy by bringing their food to them.

Not refunded money from canceled order

Ordered food 25 minutes before place closed and then got notified that it was being made then 5 minutes later it got canceled but it hasnt been refunded to my account

User's recommendation: Make it to where the app only allows in store pick up at a certain time.

I ordered from Asian fresh. It's at most, 5 minutes from my apartment. I tracked the person who was picking it up on bike. But it didnt show that person had picked up my order and was on the way to dropping it off at my door. I paid already for the order but it does not show in my app in recent orders so I can indicate whether I got the order or not. I had to call and place the order again because they indicated the person had picked up the order, I had to take time from working at home to go and pick it up myself. I was charged again for them having to remake the food ! I would like my refund from the app order please of $27
