Best customer service of 2022

Huge mistake on my order that involved promotions and it was cleaned up without having to go all karen to be taken care of. I stated my issue to Dale, he put me on a BRIEF hold and than came back and took FULL care of me to the point my jaw dropped. Did i mention that there was no hold time at all and I was immediately connect to a professional?? Bravo... 110% satisfied with the customer support.

User's recommendation: Work and support uber as much as possible they are up against an uphill battle in life.

I didn’t get my whole ordered

I didnt receive my whole ordered, first I called the restaurant then they told me to call customer service at Uber Eats
