Canceled and delayed food

I ordered 2 different meals and the 1st one got canceled and 2nd time with a different restaurant got delayed by an hour. Tried to call but no answer. Never again will I be using your app.

Driver left my food outsie. Suppose to have leaved it at front desk

In my profile it states leave it at front desk!!!!! as I indicated on my profile indicates that they can bring it in and leave it at the front desk not leave it outside where my food got cold is I don't know what did nobody know my food was out there because they were supposed to have brought it in at the front desk I ain't spent too much money for them to sit up there and leave it outside the front door and it's supposed to come inside and leave it on the desk that's what I wrote.

Wrong order

Lied to by Ubereats

I called because we were waiting over an hour for our food with nothing happening on the app, was told that the restaurant did not accept Ubereats, called Ubereats, they called it in the woman on the phone broke down my entire bill and was quoted a price. Food arrives, I get a notification from Ubereats that they were charging me an amount, that was not the amount the agent broke down. Called back and was called a liar and that the first agent told me the correct price of the order and that I didnt hear it correctly (first agent repeated it back to me) Will NEVER use them again.

Stolen order

My wife placed in her order and the delivery driver confirmed pick up as soon as she was on the way to us she canceled the order and wouldnt answer her phone. We called the restaurant and they said a young lady came in and picked it up. This is not right!!! We waited over 1 hour to eat and this is very unprofessional we will no longer use Uber eats since its such poor customer service and there are no direct numbers that work to contact someone about this issue now. So here we are filling this out..

User's recommendation: Don’t use Uber eats app very shady drivers.

Delivery stated 45-55 minutes and took over 90 minutes

I ordered at 5 told 45-50 minutes and 75 minutes later now told it wont be here for another 15-30 minutes I think Ill cancel Uber eats
