Details not adhered to at all!!!

Ubereats - Details not adhered to at all!!!
I specifically wrote in the details to hand me my order & NOT DO WHAT HE DID! He placed it on my chair out front where we have lizards, roaches, grasshoppers ETC!!! I want my tip back because obviously NO ONE PAID ANY ATTENTION TO WHAT I ASKED!!!

User's recommendation: Do not tip so high or at all if they will do this & not pass the details on to the driver.

Complain

I have canceled membership. Deliver person strange. Order wrong and then he came back and delivered food asking for other order. I refused I dont feel safe and will not use Uber ever again

Customer support was terrible. I talked to two reps and neither have the ability to help.

Uber eats cancelled my order after I waited over an hour for my food. All I asked was for them to waive the rush order fee of $1.99. That was all.

Now..after 10 mins with reps and over an hour of waiting I want $30 off my next order.

Issue with delivery person

The driver called the cops because my children were crying and it took me too long to get to the door and Uber eats didnt even do anything about it or assure me that the driver would suffer any consequences although I have to use u we eats sometimes I really cut down on how much I use them and am currently trying to look for a new ordering service as well as letting people know not to use Uber eats

Delayed order

I accidentally forgot to schedule order for evening , I called customer service to delay the order but nothing happened. Very poor customer service. Cancellation fees blah blah. Very upsetting.

Could not add in my payment information

I couldn't add in my payment information , when called into Uber eats Josh the rep couldn't assist me , then said there was no supervisor around on the weekend when I then called back after he hung up on me speaking with the next rep who transferred me to the correct department that guy hung up on me as well . I don't work for free so I am going to be seeking further assistance I'm not a customer I'm a driver

Site defaulting to wrong location and they won't fix it

Your company is problematic. You purport to provide a service yet do not provide the very convenience you claim. Your site changes the location chosen by the customer to a default...as verified by the restaurant location manager...this is a known issue. When I used...

At this point, with how poorly I was treated, disonnected with no resolution, lied to by customer service and kept on hold forever, I think credit towards another chance to redeem themselves with a future order is reasonable.

Still a mix up with payment

Uber is charging me for an order that was canceled by the restaurant the money came out my acct it was 60.85 I showed them proof I didnt not want a refund from Uber as I had already got one from the bank after 48 hrs they say I still owe them the money because the bank got it from them One Two Wings owe them not me

My salad didnt come with any dressing and I paid $16 for it, and own no dressing, so I couldnt eat a pile of plain lettuce and therefore want to be refunded for my whole meal, not just $5.

User's recommendation: They didn’t give me dressing for my salad so I couldn’t eat it dry, and they only refunded me $5 and the salad was way more.

It has taken 2 hours to try to get a refund for a missing item. After the runaround, they want a picture of the delivery. But my complaint is about whats missing!

Horrible they are scammers

They have an unauthorized reoccurring charge coming out my checking and refuse to refund my money.I expressed over and over to Uber that I dont have an account with them.

About my order

My order was missing items and when I called to speak with a rep. She did not want to refund my money and she deactivated my account. I have a membership with uber eats and now I can't get into my account to cancel the membership. The worst company ever... I would never recommend this company to nobody
