I will never use them again.

Had to place my order 4 times. Never got it. When i tried to get help it was most likely in another country couldn't understand a word she was saying. End of story.

Will not fix fraudulent charge

On Sept. 13th I was charged twice without making a purchase. $15.40 and $4.00 I did not make these charges. I received an email stating that the charges are from 2017. That is incorrect. I dont think I even had a Uber eats account then. Mistakes happen, but I want my money back.

Placed an order, delivery time was 50 minutes. After one hour received message from driver that he is 5 minutes away. After 10 minutes got a message stating my order is canceled. Called customer support but the girl I talked with was rude and paid no attention to my complaint.

Horrible

I have been dealing with the same issue for over a month and its still resolved. You guys should hire more staff that are better educated on issues at hand. You guys are dropping me from making money. Im very disappointed and unsatisfied with the company. Horrible horrible horrible

I did not receive items like my cole slaw and condiments with my shrimp basket

The drivers deliver the food on time but forget to give me my full order I paid for and got the nerve to charge me for it! Monday, September 12th , I order a Diet Coke with my order and they forgot and I got that part refunded to me. Today , September 16th, it happened again and this time it was two items my cole slaw and condiments which I was charged for that supposed to been with my order shrimp basket! I am very upset and I did not enjoy my meal which I had to eat for my lunch on my job!! So I am pissed off snd I will not be using Ubereats no more !!!

Something is NOT right about UberEats!

The moment I entered my credit card information for my order. All my order information disappeared, yet my financial information is UUsestill there. I immediately called the Toll Free number. OMG, between his dogs barking so loud, (I love animals so ok). His accent was so strong I could not understand him then realized no matter what I asked, he repeated the exact same wording!!! Was this company hacked???

Charge on my CC after cancelling order

So I ordered food via ubereats for pick up on labor Day Monday. When I arrived at the restaurant, it was closed so I cancelled the order. But they still charged me. Took me a while to find a way to contact them, so when I did, they refuse to refund me saying it was after 48 hours of the event. They are not user friendly as they don't have any phone support and takes a while to find a way to contact them. Emails don't work as they are 'unmonitored'.

User's recommendation: If you're cancelling your order, contact them via the help app right away.

Charged for an order i did not recieve

I was changed by ubereats for an order i did not even recieved. I called the restaurant but the customer service said that the driver called me but at that time i was having roaming issues with my phone so i did not recieve. Then the driver went back to the shop with the food when he could have just asked the recepionist to call my room number. What kind of ridiculous service was this?
