Absolutely terrible customer service. Placed an order by accident and within 5 minutes trying to cancel and all they can do is tell me someone will email me to assist me!

Can not apply the discount

Every time I m receiving emails with 40% or 50% discount offers but when I click to place order ,then always a message showing " OOPS YOU R NOT ELIGIBLE FOR THIS PROMOTION " I contacted UK Uber customer through chat but they never seem to interest to solve the issue at all

Good service

The problem is in process of resolving. Compre un delivery y en el restaurante les llego pick up order. Tuvimos que resolver Uber esta costumbre service me dice que espere 10 minutos y cancelaran la orden , aquí estamos esperando y esta máquina quiere que siga escribiendo , no tengo mas nada que decir solo que espero me la cancelen y no me dejen con hambre.

Charges on my card that I didn’t make

Call Uber Eats customer service to inform them of these charges, and was told I would be refunded. I was also advised to cancel my card.

User's recommendation: Call customer service if you have similar problems.

My refund, I want the whole amount

I Michael Edwards place a order for food at Applebee's in Richardson, Texas and I never received that order for food, so I feel like I should receive a full refund . Thank you!!!To whomever it may concern...
