A few days ago I placed an order, ubereats took the money but never processed the order so had to cancel it but never got a refund(a bit over $30) same thing is happening today (about $40) this is getting absolutely ridiculous

On 2/2/2021 We ordered 4 steak meals from Outback Steakhouse along with two orders of Aussie shrooms ( breaded mushrooms) Paid $102.00 for our order. The order took forever 1 1/2 hours. Outback sent a note saying they were out of the mushrooms appetizers and we would have to contact Uber eats for a refund. Well it's going on 3 weeks. They have been emailed, called etc. They won't contact us or return calls or emails. Also, the food was not even warm...it was cold. Guess we are screwed out of our money.

No one is taking care of this problem. I only received half of my order. But haven't received a refund for my missing items.

They overcharged me

False advertising. They tell you they aren't charging for delivery, but their service charge and other additional fees are more expensive than a flat delivery fee. Also, their chat feature does not address your concerns; instead, it sends you scripted responses. So any issues are never resolved.

They did not deliver my order while I was working. They messed up two separate times in the previous day as well and accuse me of stealing basically even though they did not deliver my food to the right address, the delivery person hung up on me and uber refuses to REFUND MY MONEY. I work at a multimillion dollar condo and see this poor customer service on a daily basis where residents are being notified that their order is in the Lobby only to find out it is not in the Lobby nor at a building next door. Very pissed

Delivery driver never delivered my order

Adding insult to injury not only did my order not arrive the representatives basically called me a thief I tried one .ore time to use uber eats. Uber finds my house. I am so disgusted and disappointed. I had hoped the driver could say where they left my order I sent pictures of my house. It is a house.
