No, Im not happy with the Decision you guys took, its unfair that you stay with my money it didnt even pass a 3 minute time when I cancel the order, it was my fist time using the app, and the location wasnt correct, I can see that you rather loose a costumer rather than refund or give me a voucher, the restaurant didnt loose money because of this, this is a very wrong attitude towards me the costumer, its my money and you stay with it, its call steeling peoples money.

My order is not the way i ordered it.
I asked for everything to be in separate containers so that my burritos did not get soggy. They didn't send my extra tortillas and my jalapeño poppers have almost no bacon besides one that is fully wrapped

I waiting a few days and my transaction didnt refund so then I went to customer care and called them and after I called them and sorted it out I got my refund back and now I have to wait 2 to 5 business days for the refund to happen

I was not very happy I will not be using Uber eats anymore I will be using DoorDash they are better I didn't even get my stuff at all and it was terrible. I was so mad. But thanks for the 1 dollar *** that was terrible too. Never got my 10 percent off.

DRIVER STOLE OUR FOOD!!!!!
I can't get through to a person I have no emails from customer service No one's responding to my emails I've been asking for help since 9 something last night I just installed the app and also try to get help that way I tried to call the 1-800 number that number hangs up on you and says that there is no human support as a customer I am upset I just got 97 dollars and ninety-five cents stolen from me
User's recommendation: When someone steals all your food there should be a human to talk to you there's to be a number to call and say hey it's like 8:30 at night and I just spent an hour waiting on this food and the driver just stole all of it there should be a number to call.

Order issue with driver
My order was delivered and I said to ring doorbell. Driver left food unattended for more then 15 minutes before I checked status to find food on ground and ants gor all over food in bag. I want my refund for all food

Irresponsible drivers and very unsupportive customer service
Driver left my order somewhere, not picking up when I tried to call back, not confirming where he left it and didn't bother returning it to the restaurant, so not sure if he did even deliver it. Just like other drivers, dump your order and mark it as delivered. Who knows, no proof. Uber eats siding him and refuse to admit that they hire irresponsible drivers that cannot follow Google Maps even. I was there waiting since orders left the restaurant, no one came. If Uber eats and other companies fine drivers for doing so, no driver will dare to leave an order to run for another. anotherdearto leave

I was given a promo code that wasn't applied and would like a refund please for the full amount
I was emailed a $30 promo code for my first time using Uber eats. Went through the process of buying everything and it showed that I wasnt owing anything. Just got a notification from my bank that I was charged for the full order when it was supposed to be free. I would like a refund for my full amount and I can email proof if needed
