New ReviewerI tried to call my delivery person back, he didnt answer. He text asking my unit numberAFTER texting him my unit number, he delivered it to the WRONG ADDRESS.
My 6 yr old has been waiting for an hour and 45min for food that was supposed to be here in 45min. Uber has NO WAY to call customer service!!! This is absolutely terrible service. OUR $45 ORDER WAS LEFT ON SOMEONE ELSES DOORSTEP.
I hope the 20% tip (because it reminds you how much the drivers needs appreciation) I left gets refunded back to me because that driver doesnt even deserve another delivery order. Im going back to DoorDash, theyre reliable AND has LIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
User's recommendation: DO NOT USE.
