New ReviewerMy uber eats account has been hacked. I ordered uber eats on Saturday 6/20/2020 From Jerrys pizza in the amount of $45.09 and that was my last order.
I checked my bank account and was charged today, Tuesday 6/23/2020, in the amount $40.30 which was not authorized by me and it is not showing in my uber eats app, just on my bank account. I have already had to replace my card two months ago due to being hacked from Cash App and since then Ive taken extra measures security wise to make sure it doesnt occur again! To see that my account has been hacked from uber eats is very upsetting! What is going to be done about this?
How can I receive my money back without having to get a new card and starting over? This is very inconvenient and what safety measures does your application offer for this to not happen again?
Monetary Loss: $40.
