I ordered almost a $50 order which I do every other night and I spent a lot of money on regular Uber and you guys did not reply to me and now its past the two day mark and youre telling me that its too late for a refund of MISSING items I NEVER received when I did not even have half of my McDonalds order on aug 3rd, all I received was one big Mac one small fry 20 nuggets and a basket of fries and one drink that I didnt even order the drink and Ive enclosed a picture so its easier to tell you what I DID get and I kept messaging them and calling and no one cared to bring the happy meal and that was the most important thing I was worried about because it was for my FIVE YEAR old son and I run a business so I work a lot and I really enjoyed using this company for a while including regular Uber and there is a gentleman that works with you guys Elijah who had messed up my order a couple nights before and he went above and beyond to make my stuff right and I was beyond pleased so Im just really dissatisfied now in general and Im going to cancel Uber and tell my experience especially with this McDonalds because theyve messed up over three of my orders in the last three tines theyve come out so have a great a weekend
