New ReviewerLured in with a try for the "first-time" promo from their newsletter, and they loaded the discount into my checkout page, but on the payment page, they removed it and said I can't use this promo again. But I'm a first-time user?
I message support and they said I was fraudulent! It literally says only one order has ever been made in my order history, and that was the order that the promo was for. Every time I supplied receipts, or a copy of their false marketing, or credit card statements to prove that I wasn't a scammer. They called me a "fraud" and provide no proof or reason behind why I was declined this offer.
Ridiculous. Then they have the audacity to keep sending you various codes, knowing very well you can't use them.
Getting tricked and then being called a fraud? Horrible!
User's recommendation: Uber eats marketing will purposely scam you.
Monetary Loss: $35.
Preferred solution: Price reduction.
Ubereats Cons: Scam, False advertisement, Horrible support.
