I need to cancel an order. I went to my locations website and clicked the uber eats links.
It switched it to a different location in another city. When the order was placed and it listed the location for pick up i immediately tried to call them. I was put on hold 3 times and hung up on 5 times in total. By the time i finally got to speak to someone at the location i had already gone to the location in my city placed a pick up order and received the food.
It took almost 50 minutes to get a response from the restaurant who told me that i needed to reach out to uber eats and that they are not responsible for 3rd party orders. If you could please cancel the order and reimburse the charges i would appreciate.
