Our order was estimated to arrive an hour after being placed. However, after an hour we were informed that although a driver was en route, that it would be at minimum another hour before we received our order.

We reached out to UberEats to see if we could have another driver or something could be done and without warning, they cancelled our order. They said they had given us all the options and because we were not satisfied, they cancelled our order. Only, they gave us no options and cancelled our order without us asking. The agent who cancelled our order refused to let me speak to a supervisor and ended the chat.

They have since tried to blame the restaurant for this.

Ive stopped using UberEats and will only use doordash and Grubhub moving forward. Customer service here is abhorrent
