I ordered ftom Louis Pappa's restaurant tonight, 9/22/2022. They did not have the entrees we ordered.

No one contacted me and THE RESTAURANT canceled the order. Nobody came, so i checked and saw it was canceled. No pickup, no explanation. I tried a reorder and was called right away and told they couldn't fill it.

I told them to forget the order. I sent a message to the driver who had been assigned MINUTES before to let her know. I contacted your chat and was told i still had to pay the restaurant >$60!!

FOR WHAT?? They didn't prepare anything; we received nothing.

I insist this charge be removed (PayPal)

I am very upset with your service and your chat rep's total brush-off I will report this to the Better Business Bureau and keep on appealing this until you resolve this mess
