On 9/19/2020 I placed an order at Red Robin #566 **** Hulen Ft. Worth Tx.
The uber named (Quazi #469-436-**** was running late with my order. So I contacted him at the number listed above. He was lost and way out of my location. I tried to help him by giving him directions and he refused to take the info.
He became angry and started yelling at me. He in turn canceled my order. Uber will not resolve this problem. They took my money and I never received my order.
Drivers steal food orders and are not professional. There was a language barrier which did not help the situation. When trying to contact someone you can only communicate thru a robot email. No one will call you.
The number that I called stated they are not taking calls at this time.
In a nutshell this company is the worst business. We will make sure this is posted on every social media we can find.
