New ReviewerI order from a restaurant On September 5 called Golden Dragon, and my total was 44.40. I had two cards on my account, my debit and credit card.
I received my order I was missing food and figure out they gave me the wrong order. I reported it immediately, but refused a refund. I decided to dispute the charge and received my money backed. I removed my credit card as well.
Yesterday I tried to order using my bank card, soon as I placed my order, its didn't go through, and was charge 44.20. I contact help immediately, and they said it was an authorized hold. Then said I was actually never charged for the order when I have proof. I want my money back or I will dispute this charge and file a report for fraud.
How can you charge both of my cards when the money intact went through on my credit card. How can you give me food if the money never went through????
User's recommendation: I will never recommend uber eats!
Monetary Loss: $44.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
