New ReviewerIt charged wrong card and charged me twice for same order I need to be reimbursed for order when I set up account I added credit card, but it kept wanting to use Apple Pay I added corrected credit card ending in 1849 to be charged for order, yet it was charged to another account, and they billed me twice I need help resolving and want credit for overages
User's recommendation: Help.
Monetary Loss: $44.
Ubereats Cons: Wrong orders and no refunds.

I noticed that the Visa card they r charging is not a card I have I can’t reach anyone this is beyond frustrating

Our records do indicate that in fact you were charged twice, and we have submitted for a refund.
Please allow 3 - 4 months for the refund to appear on your account. Thank you
I do not believe this response is from Ubereats but rather from some loser with nothing better to than play around on the internet.
