I ordered food on may 1st 2026 the man came with a whole different ordered so I refused it took pictures and video of him leaving with the food.. y’all still charged me after I called my bank…30$ down the drain I want my money Now ‼️Ieven tried to report him soon as he left and still didn’t get anywhere I’m on a fixed income I need my money

I received a call from the company stating they did not have what I ordered and I was still charged for it. I want my money back for never receiving the product. I should not have to pay for something I never received. I will not use ubereats again. It's a scam to take from people that work hard.

No way to reach a person at any point in time. Even email and chat just give you canned AI answers. No way to get an issue resolved if it is unusual or doesn’t fit into one of their baskets of categories. So frustrating. Are you one of the myriad of customers who have been frustrated by an inability to reach a person at Uber Eats?

I have spoken with employees from this establishment after learning the Uber driver canceled my delivery and kept my food.My problem is if you know this is a problem why have these companies pretending to deliver orders and just keep them i would like what can be done in the near future about things of this nature.He suggested I use Uber for food delivery and it was the Uber driver Cheli L that decided to keep my food.The sad part is I had a tip for her when she arrived.But unfortunately she never showed up.

First of all the prices and fees have SKY ROCKETED. Then the cancellation process is a scam! They won’t let u cancel within the 3 minute time frame and when u do they will charge u and say u took over 3 minutes to cancel! And the CUSTOMER CHAT IS NIGHTMARE! They will never give u a number to call because there is NO NUMBER! I think it’s by design
