Thank you for reaching out. I had 3 back to back unpleasant incidents where 2 times driver made me wait about couple of hours and once driver delivered completely wrong food.
They sent me 3 boxes of breads Only with no other food so it wasnt even something I could eat for my lunch. I was refunded but I was starving all three days at my work waiting for my food and being frustrated and still at the end didnt have food to eat. It really made me decide not to use the service as I no longer want to go through these experiences. On top of that reaching out to customer service was way too difficult, only the chatting option was available that too nobody ever chatted with me, the page for chatting was never loaded every time I tried that.
Its been really bad experiences, that to 3 times in a row. Thank you
