When you make a call, be sure to prepare the details of your order. You’ll be asked to provide the order number, the amount, the date, time, and location as well as any messages or confirmations you have received.

To cancel your Ubereats order, open the Ubereats app and go to the Orders tab. Select your active order and tap Help in the upper right corner of the order tracking screen. Tap the Cancel Order option and follow the on-screen instructions to confirm your cancellation. Note that if the restaurant has already started preparing your food, you might be charged a cancellation fee.

Ubereats has a refund policy that covers such issues with orders as missing or incorrect items, incorrect order, or late order. If an item is missing from your order, you can request a refund for its sales price, including tax/VAT. If you receive an item that you did not order, you can get a refund for that item. You can also request a refund for the entire incorrect order, including the delivery fee. If your order arrives significantly late, you may be eligible for a refund.

To become an Ubereats Driver, you need to be 19 years old (21 in some locations), have at least one year of driving experience, and own a vehicle that meets Uber’s requirements (car, scooter, or bike). Visit the Ubereats sign-up page, create an account, and provide the required personal information. Upload a valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle insurance, and submit your Social Security number for a background check. Once approved, download the Uber Driver app to start receiving delivery requests. Log in to the app, accept delivery requests, and follow the app’s navigation to pick up and deliver orders.

The Ubereats cancel subscription process requires following several steps. First, open the Ubereats app and tap the Account icon at the bottom right corner. Next, tap Uber One (or Eats Pass if you have that subscription) and scroll down to the Manage Membership option. Finally, tap End Membership and follow the prompts to confirm your cancellation.
Make sure to cancel at least 24 hours before your next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the next month.

You can receive an Ubereats promotion code for your first order in a welcome email after you sign up for Ubereats. You can also ask a friend who uses Ubereats to share their referral code with you. When you use their code for your first order, both you and your friend can receive a discount.

To see your Ubereats rating, open the app and tap the Profile icon in the bottom right corner. Tap on your Profile Picture or your name at the top of the screen to find the Overall Rating section displayed under your name. For more detailed information about your ratings, you can tap on the Ratings section to see feedback from customers and restaurants or check the Satisfaction tab to view your ratings from the last 100 deliveries.

To delete your Ubereats account, open the app on your device and tap the Account icon at the bottom right corner. Find the Help tab and select “Account and Payment Options.” Tap the Delete My Uber Account button and follow the link provided to sign in again. Enter the verification code sent to your phone or email, choose a reason for deleting your account, and tap Delete Account. Your account will be deactivated immediately and permanently deleted after 30 days.

To use a gift card on Ubereats, open the app and tap the Account icon at the bottom right corner. Find the Wallet tab and pick “Add Payment Method.” Choose the Gift Card option, enter the code, and tap “Save.” Once added, you can select the gift card as your payment method when placing an order.

I am sorry but I have UberEats for a very long time. The Uber driver very clearly on camera takes the food back to her car when instructed to leave at the door when me and my daughter both had the flu and my daughter had flu and strep throat.

I called customer service which was an act of God just get someone on the phone. They were VERY unsympathetic and could not assist me with a supervisor but insisted one would call back within 24-48 hours. Well, of course its way past that with of course no call back. A neighbor on the same night posted a video on our nextdoor app and had a video of the same driver taking her food also!

but no one seemed to care. I got a refund but NOTHING ELSE! I ordered the same order from Door Dash which was seedless. I cant tell you how disgusted I am with the poor service drivers and customer services reading off of a script!!!

I would not recommend to ANYONE!!! By the way I have video also very clearly of her taking the food back to her car.
