New ReviewerGood afternoon,
My name is Mark Stenabaugh. I am the administrator of 2 apartment buildings - 700 & 730 Ontario Street in Toronto, Ontario.
Yesterday afternoon (Wednesday, January 13th, 2021) at approximately 1:50 p.m. one of your Uber Eats Delivery Drivers entered the
lobby at 700 Ontario Street with a delivery from a restaurant call 'Rolltation'.
I was in the lobby with 2 colleagues when he walked in and because he was standing looking disoriented, I told him that the elevators were to the right.
The Uber driver became very rude and belligerent and told me to mind my own business and to fuck off. He continued with foul language toward me and when entering the elevator, he told me to suck his cock.
We monitored which floor he went to for his delivery (14). When he was exiting the building, he started again and wanted to fight - with his fists up in a boxing pose and telling us to come outside. He then started swearing at our female maintenance person and called her a bitch. Told her to *** and mind her own business. He then started calling us all faggots.
This type of behaviour from anyone visiting a building is totally unacceptable and inappropriate. His rudeness, actions and anger were very unpleasant to deal with.
Present to witness this were myself, Vera - maintenance worker and Richard - Superintendent.
Here is the information which was collected that may assist you in determining who the driver was:
Location: 700 Ontario Street - delivered food to apartment # 1412
Date: Wednesday, January 13th, 2021
Time: 1:50 p.m. (approximately)
Delivery From: Rolltation
Vehicle: Red KIA
License Plate #: CREX 714
Description: Male, late 50's; approx. 5'10; 180 lbs; glasses; wearing a green touqe, red face mask, purple latex gloves, tan/beige-coloured coat and blue jeans.
I would appreciate being informed as to the avenue used to address and correct this form of behaviour. This is a very bad representation of Uber and Uber Eats as well as the restaurants who are your clients.
Many thanks in advance for your assistance and attention to this situation,
Mark Stenabaugh
