ARRIVED OUTSIDE OF THE BAG. FOUR BURRITO BOWLS HAD FALLEN THROUGH THE WET BAG.
I DON'T KNOW WHAT HAPPENED AND IF THEY OPENED OR WHAT?
I CAN SAY THS WAS MY THIRD ORDER (ALL ORDERS ARE ALWAYS IDENTICAL - FOUR BOWLS.) IN LESS THAN ONE WEEK, AND WHOEVER ASSEMBLED THIS ORDER SERVED SMALLER PORTIONS.
HOWEVER.
IT WAS VERY DISTURBING TO RECEIVE A MUSHY TORN BAG WITH FOUR BENT AND DENTED BOWLS STACKED ON TOP.
I SWITCHED AFTER 18 MO.
FROM DOOR DASH TO UBER BECAUSE THEY COULDN'T DELIVER CORRECTLY.
MY INITIAL ORDERS WITH UBER WERE PERFECT!
I WAS SO HAPPY; NOW. TWO ORDERS IN A ROW ARE A MESS.

THIS ORDER FOR TODAY IS WHO KNOWS WHERE?
LAST ORDER FROM THE SEVENTH, INEDIBLE.
AT LEAST DOOR DASH HAD A TELEPHONIC CUSTOMER SERVICE LINE AVAILABLE NOW THIS ORDER IS MOA?
THESE TWO TRAINWRECK ORDERS ARE A HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT, SIMPLY BECAUSE THE DRIVERS DO NOT READ THE INSTRUCTIONS.
