Ubereats - Did not receive my order
I ordered three milkshakes from Jack-in-the-Box. I get a notification that the order was going to be delivered at 8:57 PM at approximately around that time I get a call on my phone to open up the gate to let the driver in, I open the gate and waited for five minutes and the order did not show up at the door.
Furthermore, I sent my daughter outside to check at both gates that are at the entrance of the apartment complex, and there was nothing left outside at the gate. I called Jack-in-the-Box, and they told me that once the order left their establishment, there was nothing that they could do and that I would have to call the platform that I used to be able to get my money back. Unfortunately the platform I use was Jack-in-the-Box app, and they told me that they use door dash for delivery, however the email that I received said the order was delivered by Uber eats.
I have searched both Jack-in-the-Box app and Uber eats app for a phone number to call to rectify the situation, but have not found a number to do that. At this point I just want my money back for the three milkshakes that I did not receive.
