I ordered from Uber Eats last night. Then I got a notification that it was delivered with the name of the guy and the house that it was delivered to.
IT WAS NOT MY HOUSE or the address I had put in for it. I had put in 11493 and it was delivered to 11489. We actually went to the house that it said was delivered to and they said they did not get it. So at this moment I am out $50 due to the negligence on Uber Eats part.
Then we had to drive to the store and order the whole meal again and pay for it again!! The people in the store told me to contact UBER EATS. It is difficult to find a contact number so I sent them an email. OF COURSE I HAVE NOT HEARD BACK!
HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!!! this error.
Monetary Loss: $48.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
Ubereats Pros: Missing food.
Ubereats Cons: Drivers need to know how to navigate routes better, All of them.
