There has been no follow up, I have been double charged and placed an order for Jersey Mikes, was not delivered because there was no driver, waited over 1.5 hours to find that out, the store manager confirmed this with me and cancelled the order because there was no driver, yet UberEats still charged me, it is just disheartening, and there is no option to talk to a live person, I am not aware of customer service contact, the AP to contact or complain is not user friendly, I have placed orders since, but I am now deleting this AP and will no longer be using UberEats.Orisade Awodola

Restaurant had no driver for delivery, another delivery Starbucks, charged twice same day, I have not been able to contact anyone, your phones do not work and this is ridiculous

Ubereats Cons: Double charge your credit card and then refuse to refund you.
