Ubereats - Driver issue
I specifically picked the meet me outside option on the app. The driver couldnt wait even though I paid for priority delivery.
The system said she would be here at 9:32 and then jumped to 9:19 at 9:17 so I just had surgery and sent my boyfriend to meet the driver at the door, when he got there he was looking for her and messaged her where are you and she said Im at the main entrance and the. She replied again saying they made her drop off the food. First of all if she wouldve just pulled up or even waited outside with the food to HAND IT to my boyfriend I wouldnt be complaining but she couldnt wait the extra two minutes and just left the food outside of the door of the hospital where there were other patients waiting around. At this point my food looked like it was opened and I do not feel safe eating it.
First and LAST tome I use this delivery method. I would like my refund.
User's recommendation: Please avoid Uber eats and just order to go or from doordash.
Monetary Loss: $37.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
