Uber eats customer service expects me to eat hair found in my food. I notified Uber eats about the issue and they told me that the picture cannot verify the hair.
Meanwhile I have the food still in hand and can take it back to the restaurant if they want it back because Im not eating here from peoples head in my food.
I called the restaurant they had no issues wanting to give me a refund but they said Uber eats is a third-party and they will have to issue the refund they offered me bonuses at the restaurant when I come back but the point is I need my money back from that order I did not eat as a valued customer who spends so much money on Uber eats its a shame I cannot get some manager to resolve this issue! I will not stop because its not right.
