Back on 7-6-2021 I had an order for water from Walgreens. At that time they were offering the Eats pass still.
My order was cancelled because the store didn't have the water and when I spoke to customer service she said everything had been cancelled and no money was taken from my account. Since then I've been getting charged for the pass even though it was cancelled. When I went to contact customer support, via chat because they don't have phones anymore for some dumb reason, I was typing out the problem and then 2 seconds later the *** on the other side ended the chat.
Now when I try to go in and chat again that's the only thing that will pop up. I am beyond pissed and now have no way of stopping them from robbing me.
User's recommendation: Don't use uber eats or you'll get robbed.
Monetary Loss: $50.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
Ubereats Pros: Never received my order.
Ubereats Cons: Ripped off.
