The issue is they forgot the nuggets and the bigmacs were cold. I called the store to inform them and i was told to reach out to uber.
There is no human to speak with at uber. I placed the complaint and they refunded me for the nuggets... to place the order again its going to cost me more than the refund. It is a beautiful scam uber has going.
They return the money for the product and its too bad for you. Uber should refund the delivery and associated fees along with the wrong item or just deliver the food i requested in the first place.
I either have to pay for all the fees again or go pick it up at my own extra expense. JUST BRING ME WHAT I ASKED FOR AND KEEP YOUR HALF *** REFUND.
