I am extremely pissed off how my order is over an hour late and how this is not the first time this has happened. You state that delays do not happen often but this has happened twice in the past three orders.
Furthermore, when I tried to reach out through the chat, I had to wait over ten minutes just for Richkim to end the chat the minute he entered the chat at 3:17 when I was typing. This is utterly ridiculous both the delivery speed and the customer service is a joke.
I am an Uber eats pass member for a while now and because of the horrendous customer service and how you allow customers to receive an hour late which in turn means cold soggy food is ignorant and distasteful. I will be sharing this horrible experience with all the platforms I have to show how horrible your service has become
