We ordered our food from Outback Steakhouse and it was suppose to arrive in 1 hour. You had our delivery driver stop at O'charley's to pick up another persons order.
The driver had to wait over 30 minutes at O'charley's for the 2nd persons order while our steaks and blooming onion sat in her car getting cold. It was an hour late. I called Outback and they said the food had been picked up "a long time ago". It is less than 3 miles from my house to O'charley's, you could have had my food delivered to me while it was still fit to eat and them go back to pick the other order up for delivery.
Plus you sent me an email for $15 off an order of $20 or more and it did not work, your website said Outback was $0 delivery fee and you charged me $2.99 delivery charge.
I tried to call Ubereats customer service and got a recording they were not accepting call and no way to leave a message! What kind of customer service won't take calls?
