Ubereats - Found charges more for pickup order
I placed an order to pickup on last Friday, for which I found less price for the same item in same restaurant. Contated customer service twice:
1) Adarash: Spent more than 45 minutes to explain the same and at the end said system is not working asked me contact back.
2) Avi: Spent more than 30 minutes for the same, where at the end said your feedback has taken will contact later.
Concern: Found less price before I pickup the order, so contacted CS to cancel the order or help to adjust the price. Smartly CS hold me for a while to pickup the order and said system is not working asked me to contact back.
This is not encouraging to contact Customer service nor confident to place order for pickup without looking their menu /prices from their website.
User's recommendation: Check price difference if any before place order.
