I'm in contacting you guys now for weeks back and forth regarding a charge that's on my card you guys ask for the information which is the date the beginning of my card number that we use the end of the card the date of the transaction the receipt I also sent verification stating who used the card I had the email stating that all I used your car to order food I sent all that and I'm back and forth with the same stuff over and over and over and I need to find out what's going on with my moneynone right now Uber eats have not resolved my issue specially when it comes to someone and fraud in someone using their credit cards this is ridiculous so as far as I'm concerned for other future customers bad Business horrible customer service until I figure out what's going on you contact me and let me know what's going on with my money then I might change my mind
User's recommendation: Up until what happened with my card in the fraudulent and you guys did anything at all this has been going on for weeks I would recommend to other customers that do not deal with you guys cuz this is ridiculous until we figure out what's going on I might change my mind.
