On Monday March 8th I sent an order to Boston Market. Thereafter a driver of Uber eats called me to say that 4/6 items were not available.

He asked what I wanted to do, I said let's cancel the order. I never received my food. I cancelled my order went through the right steps and text my issue with someone from the help category back and forth. At the end I asked when to expect my refund and they said 1-2 hours.

It's now 2 days later and still no refund. This is ridiculous. On a related issue I never received an order once before not long ago. I had called the restaurant an hour and a half after I ordered it and it never came.

I did cancel that order as well.

I will certainly stop using Uber eats but I should receive my refund because I followed the rules and NEVER RECEIVED the product. Now I'm on pissed consumer.com

Monetary Loss: $56.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
