Hi, we are from the United States, and are currently staying in Milan. We are quarantined in our hotel due to covid, and are unable to leave.
We have desperately tried to order food for delivery, but have run into problem after problem with no success so far.. at first we had an issue with a "promo code" that we never selected. Now, when we try to order it says our payment is "invalid" despite us trying both of our US cards, both of our paypal accounts, google pay, and even selecting the "cash" option. It often times says "try again later" with no explanation or reason.
Could you please look into this for us? We may be here for several more days, and it is incredibly hard for us to get food as the hotel will not let us leave our room for any reason as we have Covid. Please note, our phones do not work out here as we are international.
I bypassed that somewhat, by messaging my mother who is in the States and using her cell phone for the "confirmation code" please reply via email asap. I truly appreciate you looking into this, and hope you can help us!
