I ordered food for two different locations the food that went to one location was correct and the food that came to the second location was not I informed the customer care service that my order was incorrect also provided them with pictures of the wrong order and how sloppily it was put together and not just that it was lettuce and stuff all hanging outside of the package who knows who touch that I was told in an email that I had to take this up with the restaurant I went to this Burger King three times trying to tell them I ordered through Uber Eats my order was incorrect they keep insisting that I give you guys a shout out and let you know because there's nothing they can do about it being that I ordered through Uber Eats they would have to refund me my money the manager at Burger King said she cannot refund any saying that you pay for through ubereats she said it would have been a difference if I came through the drive-thru or came in and I could have simply called and told them and they will refund me my money my the next day when I went to their store but being that it was done through Uber Eats there's nothing they can do about it and she also said no word from ubereats contacted her letting her know any of this I also showed her the text message and the pictures that I sent to Uber Eats customer service all I want is my money for a sandwich that I did not eat I ordered from you guys all the time it's sometimes I let a lot of stuff slide but I'm at the point I'm tired of letting everything slide is my money I'm trying to get food I shouldn't be treated this way
