I ordered from Uber eats on March 3, 2021 at McDonalds in El Paso. The order was 13 cookies a frappe and a smoothie with two apple pies.
The Uber driver failed to talk to me he did not respond to me. I called the place up they did not have my order. An hour later my husband had to go get the order and they told him he had to pay again even though Uber TOOK MY MONEY. This is utterly the worst and unprofessional thing I ever experienced and I promise you this never happened before.
I dont know WHO YOU HIRE but its disgusting to experience this. Why bother when My husband got it instead? I demand my money back and the rope o have to the the driver you NEVER SHOWED UP.
Our drinks were melted and ruined and the food was cold. This is unacceptable.
User's recommendation: Do not order from this McDonald’s or anywhere in El Paso.
