I have been trying for over a week to place an Order with Uber cash and my debit and credit cards I've gone through 14 people already to get this resolved I'm trying to place an order on Uber eats but get the same error message every time saying your payment method is invalid please update your billing settings, so I go and try to update my debit/credit info and it tells me it cannot be used its pending banned or deleted I've even left the payment in my wallet for several days and tried and still get the same error message when I try to place a purchase. I know how to toggle between Uber cash and debit and credit this seems to be the answer to everyone who has helped me or resetting my gift card and have said there was a hold on my gift card for security reasons you can purchase a ride.
I do not need a ride anywhere I own a vehicle I want to purchase food. I am extremely upset that I have to jump through hoops and go through this for 7 days with no resolution to my problem.
The issue is not the gift card the issue is neither the internet website nor the Apple app is allowing me to place any orders I've verified both my email address and my phone number I've entered my billing address for both my debit and credit card and I also linked PayPal account what more do I need to place an order? Im really frustrated and refraining from cussing
