My food is missing items they never send me what I want the drivers photo whatever they show you when they get there it's a different driver you asked the driver to give you one second to double-check the bag they tell you no it's not their responsibility they take your food and they drop it off and they just go they don't know what items are in there to check and the customer service as the restaurants suck so I am always left paying my money waiting hours to get my food can't enjoy it because it's wrong and then I don't get a refund this is my fourth time not happy in the world we live in. It's full with fraud they take your card number and they keep it on file even if you delete the app can you go back a year later your information is on file who has the right to keep your information like that it is totally wrong not happy with this company don't care for them service I would like to get a refund I spend $110 to eat food with my family and guess and I'm not able to eat 22 the company's incompetence they give you a they give you a 1-800 number to call and that number is never in service or is never working there refer you back to the app because they only pay people to take your money but nobody to resolve it when you have a problem you must go to the slow app for them to answer at their convenience when your hard-earned money is already gone down the toilet and the owner of the business just gets rich and does not care about customer service
